Please keep your invoice in a safe place as you will need it for any refunds or exchanges.

1) If the product is not available then a full refund will be made to the customer.The applicable amount will be credited back to the card account within 14 working days.

2) Any GIORDANO Retail store in United Arab Emirates will gladly assist you in returning or exchanging unused Merchandise within 30 days of purchase at the original selling price provided merchandise is returned with a Receipt and Merchandise Tag; Merchandise exchanged after 30 days will be at the current selling price, provided it is not used, washed or altered.

3) FOR HYGENIC REASONS ALL SALE OF UNDERWEAR AND INNER GARMENT ARE FINAL, RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

4) Refunds may be given within 30 days of purchase in all our Retail stores in United Arab Emirates, provided the Merchandise is returned with the Original Receipt and Merchandise Tag is not used, washed or altered.The applicable amount will be credited back to the card account within 14 working days.
