1) Giordano Online caters to United Arab Emirates customers only.
2) All shipments will be delivered thru UPS.
3) Shipments will be delivered within 2 working days for most of the areas.
4) Once AWB is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated
thru registered email & SMS.
5) Customers can track their shipments in UPS website thru the AWB supplied –
www.ups.com
6) Shipping charges will be AED 15 per shipment.
7) Customers placing order for out of service area, the delivery schedule will be
as as per the terms by UPS and there will be additional charges.
